Call for Workshops

The SPro2020 organizing committee invites proposals for prosody-related workshops to be co-located with the conference. The committee is happy to help with arrangements, and for this reason we request that proposers detail their plans and requirements. If you are interested in organizing a workshop, please send to the SPro2020 committee a proposal including:

  • Workshop name and acronym
  • Organizers’ name and contact info (e-mail, possibly also mobile phone as quick contact may be necessary immediately before or during the conference)
  • Proposed duration of the workshop, and possible and desired dates
  • Estimated number of participants
  • Invited speakers (if any)
  • Technical requirements
  • A short description of the workshop to be published on the conference web

We anticipate that for most workshops the papers will be handled using the regular submission and review process, with input from the workshop organizers, and that submissions deemed not to fit the scope of a given workshop will be then considered as regular conference submissions. Other procedures are possible.
